How the Smart Implementation Lab™ works
You need time to get the work done, not another calendar full of meetings.
The Lab alternates between live group coaching and focused implementation time. That rhythm gives you a place to get guidance, work through questions with Maria Elena and the group, and then enough room to go back into your business and actually use it.
Before a live session
Participants submit focused questions, projects, pages, or priorities in advance. This gives Maria Elena time to see what people are actively working on and organize the session around real implementation needs rather than filling the hour with another lecture.
During a live session
We work through selected questions, implementation challenges, and decisions together.
Sessions may include pre-submitted questions, limited hot seats, facilitated working time, troubleshooting, and discussion around challenges several people in the group may be facing at the same time.
Hot seats are intentionally limited because I would rather give a smaller number of businesses meaningful attention than rush through a long list just so everyone gets a few minutes.
Even when your business is not in the hot seat, listening to how another owner works through a Google, visibility, content, or AI decision can help you see your own work differently.
Between live sessions
This is where the progress happens.
Take what you decided during the session and put it to work. Finish the next step, test what you changed, and make note of the questions that appear once you start applying it.
The Lab is intentionally built with room between sessions because you still have a business to run. The goal is not to keep you in training or coaching sessions. It is to help you use what you are learning.
